When you create an account we store your chosen username and a hashed password. We also store the preferences and trip data you voluntarily save (favourites, trips, settings). We do not collect real names, payment information, or precise location.
Your data is used solely to operate the Service — to authenticate you, persist your preferences, and display your saved trips and favourites. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Weather data is fetched from aviationweather.gov. Your ICAO queries are sent to that service; no personal identifiers are included in those requests.
Account and preference data is stored in Deno KV. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — plaintext passwords are never retained.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. If you need further assistance contact us via the repository issue tracker.
We may update this policy at any time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
